Departure from your hotel in Tana. On the way to Ambatomanga or “The blue rock “a village located at 40 Km from the capital renowned since long time for its farm production cheese. Arriving Ambatomanga, transfer at “Maison Fi “a charming and welcoming accommodation in a typical village of the highlands. Lunch on “Maison Fi” s tables.
In the afternoon, you will the opportunity to visit the village and breathe the fresh air of the countryside and contemplate the traditional typical houses of the highlands. Diner and night in “Maison Fi”.
After breakfast, you will have a holy morning to visit the dairy “Fi” a cooperative created in 1984 who could improve the traditional skill through seeking for the best in milk processing. Lunch at noon on the “maison Fi” s tables.
In the afternoon, you will have a relaxation and a little presentation with a traditional local group to present the Malagasy local music. All is with refreshment, home-made rhum, and beef grilled-meat. Diner and night in the “Maison Fi”.
