Departure to the port for a good journey at Nosy Iranja: the two islands are gathered by white sand and clear blue water.Go back to Nosy Be in the afternoon. Lunch with the guide and tasting of some flavored freshen sea food products. Diner and night at Nosy B
Departure for a day to Ambanja reputed by its large plantations of coffee and cocoa and another aromatics cultures (pepper , vanilla ) which the products are used in the best malagasy restaurants and all other the word. Arriving in Abanja, you will notably visit the cocoa field whose harvest is done by hand and the transport by zebu cart and you will have the opportunity to cross plots of spices such as « combava » and pepper now very popular in cooking. Return to Nosy Be in the afternoon. Lunch and friendly exchange with the couple who will make you enjoy a delicious meal with local flavors such as spicy fish, the mythical chocolate cake and the famous rhum flavored with cocoa . Diner and night at Nosy Be.
Continuation of your journey for 03 days on site in Nosy Be to allow you to discover gastronomic heritage of the island.In the program : visit of plantation located on the heart of the island ,walks for all ages along spice growing trails , you will invited to participate in routine agricultural activities (picking pepper ,citrus,harvesting mountain rice ) visite of the Mont Passot,distilling rum.
